no confirmation of purchase

An online seller was from a UK location. I went ahead to order the product and asked for confirmation. The transaction went through paypal and funds were converted to USD then as I'm in Australia converted to AUS. I sent an email to an (at163.com) the sellers name appeared as Chinese. I have not received confirmation so became alerted something wasn't quite right. It's impossible to speak with a PayPal person during COVID
