need to change the reason of my claim as they have have now sent me the wrong item

I have filed a claim (item not received) and need to change the reason as they have now sent the item out with tracking but they have sent me the wrong item, i cant seem to change the reason as there is no information when i go on to view your dispute all its telling me that paypal is reviewing the information ? i am worried as it will go in the sellers favour as they have provided a tracking showing delivered but its the wrong item i have contacted the seller but they just keep fobbing me off
