i'm helping my niece problem please help her. my niece cannot log in to her account. lately.. she sending a transaction paypal thru gmail.com because the scammer said that you can encash the money by paypal to send money remmitances. we found out its a scam. please we need your help. we want an action for the scammer. if there a possible she can canceled her transaction?
