Why is it so impossible to get a appropriate answer from Paypal?  They dont read the email that I sent becsuse it msybe doesnt fit in one of their boxes. Maybe someone on this community can help me - 

I hsve hsd an accouint for some years when I lived in Spain snd all was OK. Now I live in Paraguay, have a different bank saccount and different credit cards. Logically I cant use my Spanish account. Their is no facility in the system to change my country sddress, so do I hsve to cancel this asccount?

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.
