Hello, I was supposed to recieve money from another paypal user and paypal just informed me that my account can not recieve less than 2 000 euros. Can somebody help me what to do with that, because paypall want me to send the rest of the money missing from those 2 000 to the sender and they say that they will add it back to my account.

This is a SCAM, do not do that, paypal never tell you to send money to 'expand' a limit or whatever the scammer is asking you to do.

Any emails from paypal will be spoof / fakes.
