missing money, not landed in account sent to

Hi,

Over 10 days ago i sent some money to an email address, the money cleared out of my account straight away, yet the person to receive it hasn't got it.  

Any ideas?

Sounds as if.........

 

1. There was a typo in the email address or it was mis-spelled.

2. They haven't verified their email address.
