met cheater looks like Paypal, how get the payment back?

Does somebody met Paypal cheater whose email looks like Paypal service email.  I did not notice. so I have paid the money to the cheater, I want to get my money back, How can I do?

Was the transaction actually done using paypals site?

If not then sadly nothing paypal can do about it.

Got it, thank you, I have to report to police now, but I think I can not get my money back, it is so far. I hope nobody meet them again.
