I sold on ebay a high price item.
More as 2000 usd. The buyer sent a massages via ebay that please send the item to an other address.
I asked ebay that this is a fraud? Why he don't change the address on paypal.
Ebay said please wrote to buyer please change the address on paypal to.
But he don't change it.
Ebay want cancel the transaction, I will received all fee, but ebay said maybe I must pay paypal fee.
I must contact with paypal too.
This is too much work for many people, but...
Please wrote that what is paypal policy.
