<removed> send first then we transfer funds....SCAM?

 You received a payment from <removed>. The money is pending and deposited in PayPal escrow account. The payment will not appear in your PayPal balance until we receive the proof of shipment from you for confirmation. Once shipment is confirmed, the money will be in your PayPal balance within few hours. This will help us continue to be in a safer way to buy and sell.

 

Note from <removed>: 

Ensure the item is well wrapped up and Registered Post with a Tracking Number.

 
How can I get my money sooner?

You should be able to get your money within few hours upon confirmation of shipment.  

  • Send the item to the buyer's postal address as displayed on this page. 
  • Email or reply us a valid tracking number and your payment will be available a few hours after the carrier reports the shipment has been delivered. This is required for shipment verification. 
  • For items or services that cannot be physically delivered (for instance, digital goods like eBooks or smartphone apps), mark the order as Processed on the Transaction details page and provide any additional details requested.

    Tip: The Tracking Number must be e-mailed through our Automated Verification ISL. Reply directly to this email by using the reply button in your MailBox and Quote the below Transaction ID for quick recognition of this transaction.

      

                                                                                                    
     
     For this and all future transactions, we recommend that you:
     
    • Send to the buyer's address on this page only.
    • Use a delivery service that offers signature confirmation.
    • Don't send tracking or proof of shipment to the buyer until PayPal advise you to send.

This is not the type of email that we would send. We always recommend that you do not ship out an item until you can see that the payment has been completed and you can see it on your account.  I would recommend that you forward these emails to spoof@paypal.com so our team can take a look at them.
