I was going to transfer a couple of dollars from my Paypal account to my linked bank account, but something came up that I'd never seen before. For a standard transfer- NOT instant- it said fees may apply.
I'd been transferring money from PP to bank for years, but this is the first I've heard of fees for it. Is this a new policy?
