is it a fake payment?

Hi,

I got email from supposedly paypal  with new incoming payment, though I cannot find it on my paypal account, is it a fake? how to check it? where should I raise this?

Would need a bit more info to decide on fake, are you selling something / rough info in email / site you are selling on / how buyer contacted you etc etc.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues receiving a payment. If your email and phone number have been confirmed, and you are still not seeing the payment within the account, then it may not be a valid email. I would suggest contacting our customer service, with the transaction number that is located in the email, to see if it is valid. You can call, send a private message on Facebook or send a direct message on Twitter.
