has anyone had there account never receive a dime. also anytime I have emails containing commisions or info about them i open and get error. does this sound like somone is intercepting my money or is everything i touch a scam.
If you sell something or someone sends you money, PayPal normally sends you an email notification and there's also a notice of the transaction in your account activity - if there's no email notification and/or no record of a transaction in your account activity - then basically nothing has happened. There's a few scams out there, some are phishing emails and bogus texts that do catch people off guard.
