invoice and shipping

1) I do not understand how to calculate shipping to a certain zip code.

2) I do not understand how to create an invoice and create the shipping label with it.

I am not a business.  But I have a few personal items to sell to others.  I can make

an invoice and I see how to create a shipping label. 

3) But how do I find shipping cost before invoice by zip code?
