I was reading a page about fees(https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/paypal-fees) and I need someone to explain it for me please!
it said:
"
Many international sellers accept Australian dollars. If you’re buying from one that doesn’t, we can convert the currency for you.
To US or Canadian dollars -> 3.5% above the exchange rate
To all other currencies -> 4% above the exchange rate
Within your PayPal account (not as part of a purchase) to any currency -> 2.5% above the exchange rate
"
So does it mean that If I buy something from Japan and pay straight from my bank account/credit card through Paypal I'll be paying a fee of 4% above the exchange rate,
and if I put money into PayPal account Wallet and change currency there it will only be 2.5%?
