info for coverage

hello!

i want to buy an online  account but i want to know when i make the payment to the seller is there any coverage from paypal if he doesn't give me the id and password after i send the money?

*he tell me that paypal cost for the transaction (not friend and family) is 10$

You 'may' have coverage for non receipt but you won't have coverage for 'not as described'.

Be very careful if you want to go ahead and read up on buyer protection first so you can risk assess your transaction.

If you do go ahead my advice is to 'fund' that Paypal payment via a credit card.
