if my sales are less than 200 transactions and less than the $20,000 do I have to report this on my income taxes?

Thank you for your post! I'm afraid that PayPal cannot provide any tax advice, and is only able to provide reporting regarding the income you received through your PayPal account. I would suggest consulting with a tax professional or the IRS directly to determine what your obligations are for reporting income.
