hello im kind of scared so i accidentally took off my card because it had fraud and the bank changed it what happens if the seller refunds me ? can i still have access or what do i do ?
As long as the card ACCOUNT is still open then any refunds would automatically still go back there even if you have removed your actual card from paypal.
