So the saga continues. Today a buyer set a dispute via PayPal saying a iPhone was not as described because he can not activate it in China. Do do I have any options? i answered the complaint and uploaded a receipt from Apple and the string of emails where he said I needed to call Verizon and tell them I have a “friend” who is using it in China. I told them and him to contact Apple as its under warranty and I cannot Support any issues at this point. He purchased the on eBay the beginning of December. Thoughts? TIA!!!
