hey i just want to know if i could buy an game account with a buyer through skype.. and if i got scammed , could i get the money back or iam not covered?

Depends on how you pay - it's best that seller send you an invoice - that gives you the additional documentation that would be needed in case you have to open a dispute. If the seller provides you with excuses about not wanting to send you an invoice, that may be a red flag. Suggest checking out the User Agreement for Buyer Protection.
