how to use paypal for line creator?

I have been confused for 4 days thinking of this, please help me

For example, what country to live in ?

What type of PayPal Account do you have ?   (Personal or Business)

Creators living in Japan

Money transfers can be made to financial institutions (banks and credit unions) located in Japan as well as LINE Pay accounts.

Creators living outside of Japan

Creators living outside of Japan should have a PayPal Business account.

Notes:

- PayPal Personal accounts cannot be used.

- Ensure that your PayPal account is able to accept payments in Japanese Yen.

- Creators living in Japan cannot use PayPal accounts to receive payment.

it's said that "paypal account is not verified"&"Please log in to PayPal and check your account status." even though i'm using a verified account amd i've checked my account status numerous times i still can't save my transfer info

from what i've learn this few days, our BUSINESS paypal account need to be verified for line sticker creator payment.. and we have to put our credit card so our business paypal account got verified. 

oh and we have to add JPY currency on our account.
