how to have invoice sent to my paypal so I can pay

New to all this.  Trying to buy a replacement machine part from China for a Chinese built machine I own.  Says I just have to send my account number and he will send invoice for the part ? Where do I find my account number ?

Your PayPal account is identified by the email address you use to log in with.
