My Pay Pal account was set up to pay a bill...I overpaid and i was sent back the over payment..My debit card is not associated with a bank so i cant put the funds back on my debit card...I was told i could go to Walmart to get the money off of my pay pal account...Can someone please tell me the steps to do this...Im new to pay pal and i dont have a clue...Thank you for any help.
