I bought goods to the value of £217.17p
paypal sent me an email saying that I had just spent £217.17p
paypal credited my bank account for £221.90
I want to know why
I tried to telephone them but their automated answer system did not understand my problem
I tried to visit their dispute resolution centre - but this kind of problem was not listed as the sort of problem I might want resolved
anybody suggest how I go about getting paypal to explain why this happened - I know its not a lot of money - but next time it might be
