how can i research if someone is scamming me. i have his pay pal account name or if his reputation is not good on paypal

1. Read up on buyer protection and risk assess your transactions.

2. If its a company check google for reviews etc.

3. Make sure its not a China web site.

4. Do not pay using the friends/ family option.

5. Make sure the seller fully describes the item you are paying for on the payment method used.
