Hello!
I've received from someone the amount of 650$ and PayPal has taken a fee of 25$ for this transaction. Does anyone know why? It's the first time when I see something like this.
Thank you!

If you are selling items then you pay a fee.
The only time you don't is if its a friends /family payment but its against paypal rules to sell and use that option.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
