help understanding fees

I am new to selling online, and using paypal to process payments to me. I think I am choosing the correct button to accept my payment under standard terms, but may be choosing instant transfer? I can't reconcile my debits on paypal

If I understand your post correctly, you can withdraw to bank account for free (standard transfer) or choose to withdraw to your eligible debit card or bank account for a 1% fee.

Not all banks/debit cards both have the instant transfer option:
