getting refund from vendor

I ordered product and next day decided to cancel and i left a message to the vendor and he said sorry i already sent the product ,so do i message him again and say i want to send back the product for a refund?

Paypal does not cover buyer remorse or cancellations.

That is between you and the seller and any refund policy on their website.
