I made a purchase from international tool co. on 5-28-2020 and paid for purchase with PayPal. I received confirmation from PayPal of payment . I did not received a confirmation and order number from international tool, I have called this vender several times to obtain the order number but through the phone prompt you are directed to an answering that requires you to leave information including the order number and they will get back to you. I can't leave a message because I don't have the order number. it should have shipped by now and I don't what how to get help or find out about the order. any help will be appreciated.
