forgot to choose 'Sending to friend' - how to wave Paypal fees?

Hi all,

Due to paypal site UI theme I didn't choose the right option and my friend got charged a fee. How can I fix the transaction by choosing 'Sending to friend' option?

Ask her to refund that payment and then you can pay her again.

She will have the % part of the fee refunded and only lose the 30c
