How much would the fee be for sending a payment from a Japanese paypal account to a US paypal account? My friend wants to send me a 10,000 yen payment.
If the person in Japan wants to know tell them to go to help > FEES > or go to legal bottom right paypal pages > user agreement > select their country > FEES.

That would be easy if I had a Japan Paypal account. If you don't know the answer to my question, there's really no need to respond. Especially with smartass replies that are of zero help.
The easiest way to compare/see fees, go to Transferwise. They're comparison is simple to use, shows transaction fees and the exchange rate that you will get.
