My Dad sends me money from US to Israel (corrency is ILS). Anytime, Papypal tells me i have, for instance, 450 ILS, then, when I want to withdraw it to my bank in Israel, it tells me I have different amount to withdraw, for instance 429 ILS. It means I already charged 21 ILS commision!! and then when I am actually withdrawing it, it is charging me more 8 ILS!
What is going on here? Why there is two commisions, and how do they calculate each commision?
