I am an end user - I am just trying to get the refund on the "postage - actually UPS charge) for a returned skirt. I have the PAYPAL original charge "document" and the PAYPAL original refund "document" in my "all my files". I just don't seem to be able to get the document into the "space" on the "return" form to upload the document to PAYPAL. Can someone tell me what to do to add that document (or those documents) to the PAYPAL form?
