i have been sent an email with a paypal case id . pp-658-119-349 and have been informed that my access to paypal has been removed ... what do i do now ?????
Firstly is the email a spoof? If there is a link in it then don't click on it but go and log into your Paypal account NORMALLY and see if you can log in.
If you can then go to the resolution and message centres and see if it says anything about account limitations.
