Some question here 

1 , is the email <removed> a valid email of PayPal  , or a fake email ,  it is paypal before @ , who can tell me ?

2 , the minimum transfer amount is 3000 Singapore  dollars  from a Business Account to a personal account , is it true ? 

3 , As per PayPal policy and instruction, we only accept refund process via Western Union transfer, mentioned by the email , is it correct ?
