ebay.uk [sic] claim selling fees, payPal debit me, I do not have an account on ebay

the debit item on my paypal account doesnt look right

1) its from ebay.uk , shouldn't it have been ebay.co.uk ?

2) it's an email to my payPal identity for selling fees but I do not have a selling account on ebay

I have sometimes paid for things a relative has found for me on ebay using my paypal account. My friend does buy and sometimes sell on ebay

Any thoughts ?
