I have two homes - one in the UK and one in Spain. If I want to use PayPal on eBay, sellers will only send to the address that is registered with PayPal which is my UK address. I can't add my Spanish address to PayPal because (I think) different countries have different laws. I understand that I can have 2 PayPal accounts if one is personal and one is business. I don't have a business in Spain, just a second home. I would only use PayPal on eBay for safety reasons, but it appears that I can't for deliveries to Spain. Have I understood all this correctly? Is there any way to resolve this?
