I have an item selling on eBay and the high bidder is new to eBay, only about 4 months with a "0" rating. if this buyer pays fraudulently, on I covered? or do i lose my item after I ship it and payment falls through. I've heard of people using a hacked paypal account, then have the funds taken away after the item shipped.
