different emails

I set up my prepaid card to get money loaded and an old email was used for confirmation instead of the one I used to set up the account. can someone tell me if this is gonna be a problem getting my money loaded on my account?

Your email address identifies your paypal account so if you have sent something to an old email address then it may show as unclaimed or non complete.

If you still own the old email address then 'add' it to your paypal account and the funds should show after you have confirmed it.

how do I add emails to my profile? sorry I'm not a computer savvy person but I'm working at it.
