I am Akula Rohith. I am huge PayPal user every week at least thrice I use PayPal to transfer money to my friends or family PayPal account. but I got deducted any fees to send money, but yesterday when I tried to send money I am getting cut almost 2-3% I don't know why but this makes m frustrated please help me in this.

In general, payments for 'Friends and Family' are free but you may be charged an additional fee if the transaction is a cross-border payment or if it involves a currency conversion. You can find more information here.
