A person cancels his monthly subscription to a service and the service has the subscriber's pay method as PayPal. The vendor continues to debit the PayPal account and I as an account holder ask PayPal to stop making payments and reverse the debits by crediting the account holder and debiting the vendor.
PayPal does nothing for customer and advises customer to contact vendor. You think customer has not contacted vendor?
PayPal sides with vendors not customers, and service at PayPal does not exist.
