Hey, so, I'm trying to get a personal debit card and the site asks me my date of birth. when I enter, "04/25/2002," (MM/DD/YYYY format) it says it's not valid despite my age being 18. when I enter 2001, there is no problem. why is that and how can I fix it? Asking staff didn't help, and I read over the term and conditions again, so maybe I'm just overlooking something? Or maybe it's a problem with the site?
