I sold an item two weeks ago to a buyer and i got an email saying my payment would appear in my account within 2-3 days. A week later the buyer recieves the item and i get another email saying my payment will appear in 2-3 more days. Another week goes by and i send an email asking where my money is and I get an email back and all it says is “You need to pay the sum of 100 for customs charge and yes it will be sent to Ohio” (where it was shipped to) and thats all. Im just confused because the package has already been delivered and it has been two weeks. What do i do?
