customer service complaint Paypal...time to look for alternatives to Paypal

Hi,

customer service agent was not aware of policies and fees, transferred me to Xoom for answers and as soon as I stated my name to Xoom agent, they hang up on me....HORRIBLE customer service.

What other services are out there?
