credit card payment received

I have received a payment from a credit card it says I cannot receive it unless I'm a premier/business account holder. How do I change my Account over please

Paypal only do 2 accounts.

1. Personal .

2. Business.

Personal and premier merged a few years back.

As for receiving c.c. payments you don't need a business account as you can sell on a personal / premier account.

I have been doing so on Ebay for 10 years accepting c.c. payments with no problems via Paypal.
