If its within 30 days then open an Ebay dispute but scroll right to the bottom of the list to find the correct option so that the seller pays return postage.
If its after 30 days then open a Paypal dispute, if the item is fake and you can get written proof to upload from a company or shop that makes or sells the correct item (or trading standards) then state you have that proof in the dispute phase before you escalate to a claim.
