Hi any advice. i bought tickets 6months ago,accidentally via stubhub. I tried to cancel within 20mins or order but was unable to. The concert since had a date change and i am unable to attend new date (in 4 days time) Have repeatedly contacted stubhub to cancel order/request they waive resell fee only to get nowhere. Is paypal able to help me...? I originally opened a case on the day i ordered them (as was annoyed they had automatically set up a direct debit without me realising and deducted money)
A direct debit is always set up if you request to pay a seller from a linked bank account, otherwise Paypal could not take the money from your bank account to pay the seller.
