Am I able to check back on what I ordered? I have an order which is incomplete and I can't remember the correct name of the missing part of the order. I once found somehow a way of seeing the content of previous orders but I can't find it now. It is getting desperately close to time when my case will be closed and I can't satisfy the company with the correct name of the article.
If you go to your transactions on your account and locate the transaction that you are looking for. Once you have found it you can click on the details of the transaction which should show you what was purchased. This might help you remember.
