since shipping is coming out of personal account for ebay. is that considered a transaction by paypal that will cost me on top of the shipping cost. trying to figure out if paypal takes my money for shipping that the buyer has to pay and the buyer pays shipping . does paypal then get a percent of the shipping putting me out money
Paypal takes their fee from the PAYMENT the buyer sends you. They have no idea how that payment is made up and even if they did it would make no difference.
You pay paypal a fee to receive an xxx amount of money.
