changing account

please, i would love to change my account from a business account back to a personal account as i do not own a business yet. how can i do this?

If you can do so then i would close that one and then re-open a personal account OR

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.
You can click on help / contact bottom left of every Paypal page for contact options for your country.
