change the type of account

i want to open a personal account, but the only option is business. Please help me to change the type of my account.

To downgrade to personal:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
